David L. Carney of Hattiesburg, MS graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2001. In 2004, Mr. Carney received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He recently served as Treasurer of the Madison County Bar Association. Mr. Carney is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Tribal Court.
Mr. Carney is a current member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Mississippi Claims Association and the Mississippi Defense Lawyer's Association. Mr. Carney has vast experience in both Personal Injury defense litigation and Workers' Compensation defense litigation. Mr. Carney and his wife, live in Madison and are the proud parents of 3 children.
