Lee Gladden successfully argued to the Circuit Court of Lamar County who dismissed Plaintiff’s Complaint against his client holding that the tortfeasor was not uninsured or underinsured pursuant to Mississippi law thereby preventing the Plaintiff from pursuing a claim against his own insurance company for UM/UIM benefits.
