Lee Gladden successfully briefed and argued to the Circuit Court of Holmes County, Mississippi which dismissed Plaintiff’s Complaint for wrongful death based on Plaintiff’s failure to file a Notice a Claim prior to filing the lawsuit and based on Plaintiff’s failure to exhaust administrative remedies prior to filing the lawsuit.
