Lee Gladden successfully briefed and argued to the Circuit Court of Madison County his client’s Motion for Summary Judgment based on Plaintiff’s failure to prove the four (4) elements of negligence which was required before the Plaintiff could succeed on her premises liability claim against the Defendant. The Circuit Court of Madison County dismissed Plaintiff’s Complaint.
